Kathy has been a life-long resident of Shippensburg, PA. She has been working in the insurance industry since 1983, joining Cramer Insurance in April, 2007. She currently holds a license for Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health, and has proudly carried her CISR (Customer Insurance Service Representative) designation since 1990.

Along with her wealth of experience, Kathy brings a kindness that is often forgotten in today’s service industry. “My goal is to provide the best possible customer service and keep the daily tasks within the office running smoothly.” She is very proud to participate in the “Strides for Breast Cancer” walk held each year in Harrisburg, PA. Her team, for which she is captain, not only raises money, but spreads awareness toward finding a cure for breast cancer.

Kathy resides in Shippensburg, PA, with her husband, David and dog, Elliott. They have 3 grown children and 1 grandchild. Both Dave and Kathy enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially if it involves going to the beach!

 

Jan Jones

Jan has been in the insurance industry since 2005, joining Cramer Insurance in April of 2009. She is a licensed Property & Casualty agent, with a primary concentration on auto and property insurance. Like all individuals within the agency, her primary focus is the client. "Striving toward properly insuring each individual and providing top-notch customer service is essential; it’s what I take pride in."

Born and raised locally, Jan resides in the Shippensburg, PA, area. She lives with her husband, Eric, and their two children. Jan is also quick to point out that their family also consists of three dogs. You will frequently find Jan spending time with her family at their many sporting events. However, she also volunteers at a local animal shelter, enjoys reading, and, spending time with her extended church family.

Rose has been in the insurance industry since 1997, starting with Cramer Insurance in August, 2004. She is licensed for Property & Casualty, Accident & Health, and Life insurance products, with a primary focus on auto and property insurance. She is a proud member of the National Association of Insurance Women, an organization which she has been an affiliate since 1997. During that time, she has earned two designations: Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) and Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW). “I believe that educating the client and superior customer service are very important qualities to have in the insurance industry” comments Rose. She resides in Shippensburg, PA, with her husband, five children, a cat and a dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves watching the Pittsburgh Steelers play football.

Steven Brenize has lived in the Shippensburg area since 1955. Steve’s career in the insurance industry began in 1982 when he joined Baltimore Life. His experience working there 17 years, and participating in several educational classes (including Dale Carneige), greatly enhanced his knowledge of the life insurance industry. This enhancement also helped him obtain 16 annual sales awards. It was during his time with Baltimore Life that Steve began to expand his knowledge to other insurance products such as health, disability, annuities, long term care, and medicare supplements.In January 2001 Steve joined the team at Carl L. Cramer Insurance, LLC. His primary duties within the agency are the servicing of life, annuities, health (individual and group), disability, long-term care, and medicare supplements. Steve’s years of experience in the insurance industry have been a tremendous asset for Cramer Insurance. He has made numerous acquaintances and established a rapport with people that truly make him enjoy his job. As Steve works with clients to meet their needs, his goal is to always get each client the most appropriate product available, just as he would for a member of his own family. Everyone that knows Steve understands family is very important to him. He comes from a small family with only one brother. He enjoys spending time with his wife, four sons, and his granddaughter. Steve is a board member at the Lone Star Hunting Club, and a member of the Shippensburg Fish and Game. He is very active in his church, Cleversburg United Methodist Church, where he teaches the adult Sunday school class, acts as a lay speaker, and volunteers on the Mission Committee. He is also co-chairman of the Lenten Breakfasts for the Shippensburg Cluster of the United Methodist Churches and helps teach the monthly Men’s Bible Study of the same cluster. Furthermore, Steve and his wife coordinate worship programs several times a year in two nursing homes.

 

Curtis L. CramerCurtis L. Cramer

Curt resides in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania with his wife of 25 years, Catherine, and their two children, Andrew and Jennifer. Curt was born and raised in the small town of Newburg, he is a graduate of Shippensburg Senior High School and attended Harrisburg Area Community College for one year before serving four years in the United States Army. Two years out of the Army, Curt decided to become an insurance agent with The ERIE Insurance Group and began work for his father. One of the many positive attributes Curt provides to the agency is the time he spends volunteering his time to community organizations and athletics. Among these are: a 14-year tenure as Newburg Borough Council President, President of the Shippensburg Area Little League, Vice President of Shippensburg Softball Booster Club, and a board member of the DOIT Organization Board for the Borough of Shippensburg. Curt also belongs to many local fire companies volunteering as a firefighter and as an EMT. A second attribute of Curt is his knowledge of the insurance industry, and in particular, the commercial policies that ERIE has to offer. He is the number one source when it comes to questions regarding the best type of policy for a prospect or determining what is sufficient coverage to meet a client's needs.

 

Matt CramerMatt Cramer

Matt began his career in the insurance industry in 1997 when he joined his father’s agency. In 2000, his father retired and sold the agency to Matt and his brother Curt. Together they formed Carl L. Cramer Insurance, LLC. Matt’s primary duty within the agency is overseeing the daily operations of the office. He is licensed in both property & casualty and life & health which allow him to assist occasionally with insurance policies. Matt is a 1990 graduate of Shippensburg High School and a 1994 graduate of Shippensburg University with a degree in Business Education. Within the insurance industry he has obtained L.U.T.C.F. (Life Underwriter Trainer Fellowship) and F.S.S. (Financial Service Specialist). Outside of the business, Matt is happily married to wife Kimberly. They enjoy the company of one cat (Cleo) and one dog (Bodie). Other activities include: Secretary/Treasurer of the West Shore Twilight Baseball League; Secretary of the Shippensburg Area Athletic Association; member of Orrstown Lodge 262 Free and Accepted Masons; member of the Shippensburg Scottish Rite Club; member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, Franklin County, and a member of the South Central Estate Planning Committee. Matt enjoys several sports and can often be found at Camden Yards hoping the Orioles someday bring back that magic!
